Directions: Shade:
Mix paint and water in a bowl to create a 'wash'.
Begin at the bottom of the shade, cover approximately two thirds of the shade to create the look of water. Paint a few darker blue lines to simulate waves. Make the top of the water uneven of wavy.
Cut the backs off the buttons. Glue buttons and seashells onto lamp shade as per the picture or use your own design.
